Tory Armitage

A third-generation real estate professional, Tory comes from a family with over 95 years of experience proudly serving Ozaukee County and Milwaukee’s North Shore communities. Her passion for helping clients buy and sell their homes shows in her 35+ years of award-winning, highly productive results. She is a Relocation Specialist, National Sales Award Recipient, and lifetime President’s Club Member with career sales surpassing $250 million.

Clients trust Tory not only for her years of experience negotiating hundreds of transactions, but also for her commitment to offering unparalleled customer services. Tory obtained a degree from Dominican High School, in Whitefish Bay, and Regis College in Denver, Colorado. Tory enjoyed living and raising her daughter in Mequon and being part of the North Shore community for years. Now, she and her husband, Mike, reside in Milwaukee’s Third Ward. They love to attend lakeside festivals, take long walks and spend time with family and friends. Tory and Mike also enjoy traveling to visit their children as well as soaking up the sun and humidity in Charleston, South Carolina.

Keenan Quinlevan

Keenan brings passion and dedication to each of his clients as he works tirelessly to provide the highest level of service. He prides himself on relationship building and truly understanding the unique needs of each buyer or seller. He has been recognized with accolades within the profession including being named a President’s Club member and a Five Star Real Estate Agent.  
 
Born and raised in the North Shore, Keenan has an expert level understanding of the area. He is a graduate of Homestead High School, Northern Michigan University and Delta State University. As a third generation Quinlevan realtor, he had exposure to the business at a very young age and saw first-hand how important customer service is as his father and grandmother built their strong reputation. Keenan continues the tradition of client-centered real estate and brings customized service to each interaction. His previous experience in health care has only strengthened his ability to listen, communicate and to relate to others on a personal or professional level.
 
Keenan enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, helping to find their next investment or a place to call home. His attentiveness, responsiveness and eye for detail prove to be an asset in any transaction. His interest in real estate and his passion for finding each client their perfect home makes him the ideal choice for the first-time buyer or the seasoned home owner.
 
Keenan, his wife, Kassie and their two children, Grayson and Stella, currently reside in Mequon. In his time off, Keenan enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially on the Manitowish chain in Northern Wisconsin.

Elise Ferguson

Named as one of Milwaukee’s 2023 Rising Stars in Real Estate by Five Star Professional, Elise has a proven track record in bringing superior customer service, honesty and attention to detail to all of her clients. Her goal is to keep clients at the center of everything she does and provide around-the-clock support through one of the largest financial decisions they’ll make.

Elise’s dedication to providing each client with concierge service is key to her model as she develops ongoing relationships that last well beyond clients’ transactions. She helps her clients identify properties that fit their lifestyle and uses her strong presentation skills to market every home with a keen eye and attention to detail. Elise’s unparalleled professionalism sets her apart and enables her to successfully meet the needs of the high-end clients she represents. Elise is a certified relocation specialist and specializes in Milwaukee’s North Shore and Ozaukee County communities.

Elise is a graduate of the University School of Milwaukee and University of Richmond in Virginia. Elise and her husband live in Mequon with their three sons and are so happy to be raising them in the area where she grew up.

Bob Henderson

With a lifelong involvement in real estate, Bob comes to the Quinlevan-Armitage Team most recently as owner of Henderson Group, a design-build custom home building company based in Mequon. Bob has spent the last 40 years serving customers in the home building and real estate industry.  

Bob lives in Mequon with his wife Marybeth and has three adult children who grew up in Mequon. Bob and Marybeth have four grandchildren.  

Brian Ruelle

Serving the Mequon and North Shore communities previously as the Owner of The Centennial Bar & Grille from 1988-2015, Brian joined Shorewest and the Quinlevan & Armitage Team in 2016 bringing his brand of hospitality and service to his real estate practice. He works with both sellers and buyers throughout Milwaukee, the North Shore and Mequon to deliver a level of experience and success that is needed in this demanding market.

Residing in Mequon with his wife Lori, Brian enjoys spending time outdoors biking, golfing and being with his family.

Mandy Woods

Mandy runs the behind the scenes, listing, selling and buying process. She is responsible for coordinating all paperwork and communication necessary to meet deadlines. She works directly with our closing department to help facilitate a smooth and successful closing. She has a long list of experience working in the real estate field, including that of new construction. She delivers professionalism and experience as she communicates with customers and clients of Quinlevan & Armitage. She has been with the team for over 10 years. Mandy resides in Thiensville with her three children.

Kris Rick

Kris has been assisting Tory and several other real estate agents for more than 15 years. Her background in marketing and sales support has been a valuable asset to the team in helping get properties sold. Kris received her marketing management dual major from Northwoods University in Midland Michigan. She is a natural problem solver and prides herself in customer service. Kris also serves as the Executive Director of a local non-profit, The Charles E. Kubly Foundation.

After raising two active boys in Cedarburg, Kris and her husband enjoy outdoor activities, travel and their “up-north” time in Tomahawk, WI.
